Matthew Vela was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, growing up in the North East side of town. Matthew graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from St. Mary's University, close to home. Matthew attended St. Mary's University on a full ride golf scholarship. While at St. Mary's, Matt attained numerous accolades such as Academic All American honors and 2nd  Team All American as a golfer. After graduating from St. Mary's University, Matt attained sponsorship with Brad Harris of Dallas Jet International that allowed him to pursue a professional golf career for 4 years. After continued success traveling around the world, it was time for Matt to settle and stay close to his roots in San Antonio.

 Keeping a self-driven occupation is what Matt desired after the completion of his golf career, that's what brought him to real estate. Matt wanted to be a part of something great, where he could grow his business as big as he wanted. Joining the Neal & Neal Team has given Matt that opportunity with professional, motivated team leaders. Customer service is always a priority in Matt's eyes, and will do whatever he can to keep his clients happy. Matt prides himself on being able to handle any situation that may arise in a real estate transaction.
